ShellExtension.dll not support Chinese #329

the ShellExtension.dll can't  output of the Chinese。If file path Contains 
Chinese characters，it
only output the part of English characters。

AutoHotkey_L.exe  1.1.4.1
Win7 32bit  Zh-CN

Do you know which function has problems? I compiled it as Unicode and used 
WCHAR characters and functions so I think it should be fine, but maybe I missed 
something.
