Explorer history, recently used folders, methods for accessing them everywhere

There is often a need to access often/recently used directories and it should 
not be necessary to navigate to them each time.

 * Keep track of recently and often used folders
 * Ability to paste folder path somewhere
 * Ability to navigate explorer windows and file dialogs to them

Most is implemented, except:
 * Favorite folders Accessor plugin (Is this needed or does history suffice?)
 * Smarter explorer history plugin, should appear on all navigatable windows
 * Include recent files/folders shortcuts for history.
 * Track console paths
 * Possibly use paths from FileSystem Accessor plugin

All except tracking console paths should be done now I believe. Tracking 
console paths is implemented but not working due to hotkey issues I think.
