Rendering errors in Add Conditions -> Options subform #366

To reproduce:

1) Events -> Event Editor -> Conditions -> Add Condition

2) Set Category:Window + Condition:Windows Exists + Match Type:Specific Window

3) Change Match Type to any other type then back to Specific Window.

4) Errors appear: "Subevent GUI control already exists: 
WindowFilterClass/WindowFilterExecutable/WindowFilterTitle"
