request: play sound events #378

detect and play custom sounds for:
- cut, copy, paste
- scrolling
- moving windows
- moving icons, drag 'n' drop
- copying/moving files in progress
(etc.)

This will improve the Windows usability a bit for newbies (see the Wii Internet 
Channel for instance).

I don't agree. This would be annoying for most users and there isn't any real 
use in it. However, next version of 7plus will display tips in specific 
situations to let the user know about features that might be helpful in a 
similar situation. This can be turned off of course.
