Is it reproducible?
100% - it's in the source.

If yes, what steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open event list XML file
2. Compare events 358 and 359

Nevermind. Saw the difference in the descriptions. If Issue 387 is implemented, 
there won't be a need for this.

No problem. The lack of more powerful boolean logic makes some things a bit 
more bloated at the moment.
