No scroll in explorer on secondary screen #399

it is reproducible!

When ever I use 7plus nothing happens when I use wheel when mouse is over/in 
explorer on my secondary screen

I use 7plus V.2.5.0 X64 Binary on a Danish Windows 7 Ultimate with Danish 
keyboard.

I can only test on an old XP machine right now but it works for me there.
Are you using any special mouse drives/tools or window manager enhancements?
