Thank you for sharing your code. I think your code is perfect. I have trained the 68 landmarks model using your code. I want to ask you what can we do to improve this method(I think this method is already very good)? Do you have some good ideas? Thank you!

I have two ideas to improve this method, and I just list them here just for your reference:

Instead of indexing a pixel by its nearest landmark, maybe we could find more robust way to index a pixel.
Instead of using ferns as a regressor, we could use others stronger regressor such as neural network.
