Check classpath diffs for test in Unix and Windows script writers #169

ScriptWriterUnix.getPrintWriterWithClasspath() method explicitly adds
the test classes whereas the ScriptWriterWindows class does not
(anyone know the reason for this difference?)

Checked in changes to add test stuff to ScriptWriterWindows in trunk.  Need to 
TEST
THIS still (thus leaving it open).

It's there, and was released potentially prematurely (I didn't get a chance to 
test).
So closing this for now.
