Ignore column (in addition to Skip Grading and Identifies Student) #76

My Response sheet has several calculated columns that don't need grading.  If I 
use Skip Grading or Identifies Student on them, they still appear in the 
student's email, which makes it confusing to the students. If there was a third 
option such as Ignore or Exclude from Email, similar to Identify Student, but 
which will make them not appear in the Student's email, I think that may be 
quite useful and less confusing to students.
