The Stats button is disabled when a game is delayed, presumably because the game clock is replaced by the text Delayed and that doesn't match the criteria for activating the button.
Entering the game ID in the main page didn't load the game page either, although navigating directly to https://gameonpaper.com/cfb/game/<game-id> worked, and the game page properly displayed the plays and stats logged before the delay occurred.
