Window Controls interferes with dragging compendium effects on to tokens #29

Per the title, when Window Controls is active (and all modules other than libwrapper disabled), I am 90% of the time unable to drag status effects on to tokens.

The browser dev console, reveals nothing - it doesn't show some code failing to fire, but rather it doesn't even register that anything was attempted during each drag and drop.

Occasionally, for a short spurt, I will be able to drag effects for a 5 second window before it stops working again.

Foundry Version 10.291 Pathfinder 2e System Version 4.7.4

@uninvitedguest , maybe the problem comes from the issue I just submitted #37 . Do you use top or bottom taskbar?

Sounds like a likely explanation!
