Our DallasConsumerExampleUnescoUIS consumer example is now broken, exception is:

Could not derive the entity-set for entry: 
https://api.sqlazureservices.com/UnService.svc/UNESCO/XGDP_FSGOV&$page=1&$itemsp
erpage=1

We should have a strategy (at least on the consumer side) for dealing with 
entities from services with no $metadata

Is this issue fixed. I had the same problem with the latest api and a service 
with no metadata.
