Add menu item for format #12

May be for (re)discovery purposes it would make sense for the edit menu to have an item for format?

Though I wonder what should happen when the content is not Janet source (or the file extension is not .janet).

Perhaps for now that item should only be visible when editing a janet-file. If someone adds more ways to format files, maybe one could make the menu item generic. :)

Is it unclear what to do in the case where there is not yet a file associated with the "buffer"?
