Detect 2 Bugs in the Vehicle shop.

• [x] 1. The Ammo-hemmit can't be spawned.
• [ ] 2. The "Place" Button won't work sometimes.

Should be fixed. It is now also possible to purchase vehicles in other zones than the current one.
