neither ace nor default engineer trait is set. The class smm_repair is not used anymore as far as I can see.

as long as a unit is set as "REPAIR_SIMPLE" it should receive repair skills as of 9fdc4c99ab8a7cca7401806ff4c1e6f903600e68
