Tagging releases #30

As there are no updates regarding presage move to github nor new releases, would make sense to start tagging our releases.

Should I just add tag 2.0.0 ?

As there is no response and in the earlier discussion 2.0.0 was suggested, I will proceed with tagging to 2.0.0. That would help to make clean builds on OBS and have a proper version for packages instead of git commit id.
