Add SailfishOS SDK additional package installation notes #32

Hi @rinigus

I wanted to do some improvements on the predictor and took me a while until I figured out how to overcome the installation of the dependencies in the build VM. (Hah time goes by fast and I forgot faster...) So to eliminate it next time and for anyone else who might want to contribute to the development I have added some notes about how your OBS repos can be added to the VM. If you are OK with that please merge.
