Add Chum repos to distribution and development instructions #37

It is way easier to build and distribute the keyboard code using Chum repositories at OBS (https://github.com/sailfishos-chum/main).

I have incorporated Chum into distribution and build instructions. Latest release is available via Chum already, haven't updated OpenRepos so far as it requires larger amount of uploading via Web UI. Somehow, not the best way to spend time :)

In this respect, I have a suggestion to notify users that the new releases are available via Chum. That would require further update in README, in addition to what has been changed in this PR so far.

We should also announce at FSO that the new version is available.

Thank you! Could you please look into other PR as well? The one at #38 . If we can get that one merged, please tag or make the release as well to have packages building nicely at OBS
