Reboot resolve the issues.

This is because ohmd.service sometimes failed

Tmp fixed https://github.com/sailfish-on-davinci/droid-config-davinci/blob/32087cb79bcee50e5600ae45488d5bb2dca5c25e/sparse/etc/systemd/system/ohmd.service#L23-L24
