- reboot to twrp, wipe cache/dalvik, system, vendor, data
Do not need wipe system and vendor, pls follow my How to install
Just now, I followed your guide, step by step. But no luck, it stuck on Redmi logo then dimmed then rebooted itself.
Really weird. Follow Scenario 2, and do not wipe system/vendor, flash lineageos and boot it up to check everything is okay, then reboot to twrp and just format data as ext4, and flash sailfishos.
About Scenario 1 your mistake: after flashed lineageos, you need format data. About Scenario 1 your mistake: formated data as ext4 before flash lineageos.
Recently, i tried once again without wipe system/vendor:
Still no luck, it's bootloop. I also record a video of the process but can not upload right now because the size.
On step 6, did you use fastboot format:ext4 userdata
or via twrp? If you use twrp, i suggest you format data and then change filesytem to ext4.
If lineageos works well, no need to flash it again, just repeat from step 5
I tried that, but no luck.
is it possible to flash non-india version?
I am downloading global version right now. I will let you know the result once i tried it.
Tried with global version, still no luck.
Tried with global version, still no luck.
Can you show your journal log again?
BTW, can you try 4.6.0.12 from https://gitlab.com/sailfishos-porters-ci/ginkgo-ci/-/jobs/7046254469/artifacts/browse/sfe-ginkgo-4.6.0.12-devel-20240607/ ?
