Package: python3-wheel #82

I've packaged python3-wheel for Chum. Could you create a repo for it (repo name python-wheel)?

Is repo name expacted to be python-wheel or python3-wheel?

I'd prefer python-wheel, because I don't expect someone will package it for python2 (which is EOL for long enough, after all).
