As discussed briefly on IRC, introduce a new category for packages with a common scheme, currently KDE Applications as well as KPIM use YY.MM.R as versions.

Note there is already a (qt5.15 based) opt-kpublictransport package and kpublictransport git repo.

I guess the qt6 package can be just kpublictransport without a prefix, but the git repo would have to either use branches (i.e. master -> qt6, other qt5 branch for legacy), or a new repo for qt6 must be created.

I'm partial to the branch approach but not sure that flies with the update scripts.
