Figure out how to link to Chum #3

Generated RPMs would have to end up in Chum. Not sure if we should use the same system as for hybris packages or there is something better.

Note that we would need to alter vendor for Chum as well. Whether it cone be done later in Chum, not sure

We will upload binary RPMs. Vendor support was added in 3a59611. Closing
