[UI] Add option to show only updates #462

Adds a Setting option (client-only) which when enabled will hide all non-updatable patches from the web catalog list, if there are any updates.

Hm, this should have used the branch in my fork, not sure why it created one here. I'm sure (my config of) the gitlab cli utility is to blame here.
