Cellular data does not work #121

With SIM, the cellular data connection is not established. Looks like network settings are discovered correctly, but not applied.

mal suggested to update libdres-ohm, ohm, ohm-plugins-misc

ohm packages were for voice; cellular data was resolved by adding dummy_netd
