Switch port build to use TBuilder

Few steps are needed to switch to that builder system

• [x] test image building
• [x] test image on device
• [x] adjust generated KS
• [x] script for updating droid-hal- and other required packages under tbuilder-project using $ANDROID_ROOT local repo
• [x] cleanup ANDROID_ROOT/hybris/mw from not-needed repos; drop hybris/droid-config as well if not needed
• [x] add support for multiple Tama devices
