On first boot, touch is uncalibrated until switching off the screen #142

When booting after flashing, it is almost impossible to enter text, such as WiFi password. Keyboard registers touches next to the correct keyboard key, as if there is some issue with the calibration of touchscreen. This can be corrected by switching screen off using power key and switching it back on. After that, haven't seen that issue to resurface on next boot nor during use.

On a new flash, this didn't happen. Would have to observe.
