Enable community edition of encryption

• [x] disable /home mounting in fstab. May require some modifications in image generation
• [x] add devices.ini
• [x] add encryption packages to image
• [x] fix factory reset to use new home_open name
• [x] Settings/Storage shows probably encrypted partition and suggests to format it. Disable this. Issue #165
• [x] Document that users need to reflash on new release
