Changes needed to work with gecko version ESR 91.

Replaces #1015.

This PR includes a commit reverting "Ensure browser uses fullscreen pages. JB#61618" 010204b0bf3a967359e860e523d3ba5dc525a0f0, because otherwise the browser won't run on the current 4.6 release. But probably this revert should be removed.

The most recent commit https://github.com/sailfishos/sailfish-browser/pull/1074/commits/53d3f0ad98158e4bba38e87950eddbc827996743 needs to be squashed; I've left it separate for now to make the situation described in the discussion around https://github.com/sailfishos/gecko-dev/pull/162#issuecomment-2359261658 clearer.
