[suggestion] Separating sailfish-browser from SailfishOS #176

I have to wait every OS update to get the latest version of the browser. Android had this problem for many years (Android 2.x). The sailfish-browser should just like Google chrome be separated from the OS to ship updates faster.

We do frequent SW updates to Sailfish. So far we have already released 8 updates in just 10 months after initial release of the OS. Each of these versions have contained a new version of the browser. At the moment, we really can't do browser updates more frequently than that, and current approach makes releasing somewhat easier (translations, testing, etc.) for us than it would be as independent app.

I'm going to keep the issue open, since we may reconsider this if browser gets more contributors or OS release cycle changes significantly.
