This won't cover some messenger apps:

Whatsapp: android_storage/Whatsapp/Media/WhatsApp Video Telegram: android_storage/Telegram/Telegram Video

Not sure how you can cover all those. Might be better to have a separate Android Data permission :/

No it doesn't and that's not the intention here either. Just mapping "Movies" to Videos.permission.
