Add user common dirs permissions #62

Use includes to add permissions to Downloads, Documents, Music, Pictures and Videos. In addition include the common user directory Public but exclude Templates as unneeded and Desktop as not wanted our desktop files are handled differently.

Also fix a copy-paste error in README.md.
