Subj. Library already exists in sailfish and available for installing in SDK but not available for using in harbour. It's strange. Please, make in available

Nothing on device seems using it, on my desktop there are three packages depending, didn't find items on together.jolla.com asking it. As a result it doesn't seem very crucial package to me. Maybe you could include your own instance in your app?

But what the problem? Library already exists in device, sdk, emulator. It has stable API and ABI. All what we need - add this lib to rpm validator.

It's still a maintenance burden and if supported API is included in images it will increase the size. Not much, but still as principle there should be good enough reasons to allow specific libraries.
