What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any Google Earth balloon.
2. Swipe some text with the mouse.
3. Right click.
4. A menu should appear, and "Copy" should be on it.
There is no menu.
OR
1. Open any Google Earth balloon.
2. Swipe some text.
3. In Windows, press control-C or control-Insert.
4. Go to notepad and paste.
You will see that the balloon text was not copied into the clipboard.
What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
When balloon text is right-clicked, there should be a menu, and "copy"
should be on it. In GE 5, the menu is missing.
It should be possible to swipe balloon text with the mouse and it should be
possible to copy it to the clipboard with a keyboard shortcut. In GE 5, a
keyboard shortcut (ctrl-C, or ctrl-Insert) does not work.

Vista, Windows XP
Please provide any additional information (code snippets/links) below.
none - just make a placemark, put text into the description, and try to
copy that text from the balloon into the clipboard.
