Which products are relevant to this feature request?
Google earth 5.2 and up 

What should this feature enhancement do?
Interpolate the position/size of a placemark in the same way as is now being 
done with the update using a tour. 
<gx:AnimatedUpdate id="ID">
  <gx:duration>0.0</gx:duration> 
This makes possible a smooth presentation of live tracks. 

Are there any currently known workarounds that produce the same, or
similar, result?
