What is the URL of any downloadable example of this error?
Please provide a short description of the documentation error:
A gx:Track can contain a when element as described in the schema
http://code.google.com/apis/kml/schema/kml22gx.xsd. However, the when element
is from the kml schema, which does not allow an empty value.
The documentation in the kml reference states "You can specify an empty <when>
element for a missing value if necessary." While this may be a desirable
feature it is not compliant. Perhaps the gx schema should be modified to allow
this.
