What should this feature enhancement do?
It would be very useful to have an onclick event for the <ScreenOverlay> that
would popup an information balloon just like a placemark. This would enable a
simple process for an information control icon; click on the image icon and see
popup information about the map.
Are there any currently known workarounds that produce the same, or
similar, result?
