Updates scripts are implying the openplotter operating system. Witch brake things on others environment.
I don have the time to review the whole updating process. So removing the update menu just to prevent end-user to click on update and brake his OS seem a good workaround ATM.
One other approach I taught about was to create hooks between GUI menu and scripts. So others projects could attach their own update scripts. But im not ready to work on this either.
