Sublime Text Package Control #40

Hi @sailorhg! Would you be open to putting this on Package Control as a color scheme, or alternatively having someone else do it? I personally am interested in having this on Package Control to avoid the manual installation steps, and thus I would be happy to fork the repo and do it myself if you are not interested. I did not see a license anywhere on this repo so I did not want to just go ahead and do it without permission. Thank you!
