Update GitHub Action to create dereferenced NERM API #40

We need to create a dereferenced NERM API that can then be downloaded from the NERM API page in developer.sailpoint.com

  • Is the Postman collection generation still relevant with the recent changes that @philip-ellis-sp made around how we deliver Postman?
  • Should this be refactored to be a bit cleaner and more readable?

Postman collection is still generated and uploaded, so all code is still relevant. Refactoring should probably happen, but lets do it in a new PR so that this can go through today. It's not of any critical importance as the code is simple anyway.
