[FEATURE] Support for FedRamp tenants #6

The utility as written does not allow users to connect to FedRamp tenants due to the different domain used for FedRamp.

Request: add the FedRamp domain to the list of allowed domains.

This is actually supported in the recently released File Upload Utility 4.1.0. Give it a try!
