[FEATURE] Add usage explanation to the README #8

I don't understand why I would use this executable jar over using the API's directly. Understanding what value this adds over a utility like curl is something i am genuinely curious about.

@kyleburkhardt I provide this solution as a simple cross-platform way to get files to the cloud for those who don't have as much technical knowledge. This is a tool that can be used, certainly doesn't have to be used. You certainly can use APIs, our cloud SDKs, or your own scripts, if that is what you want to leverage. The nice thing is you have options.

I can add that to the README and documentation if you think it would be helpful.

Thanks Neil. Options are great, and I have a general affinity for Java. I was just left curious on if this provided additional features, a better experience, or simplified using X or Y with the api. I am fairly new to SailPoint, and file upload is a significant use case for our org, and wanted to answer the question “why we should use this”. Nice work!
