Good have feature!

Implementors should have the option to download all cloud rules and perform a test.

I'd argue that this isn't the correct place for downloading rules from a tenant. The RDK should focus on providing the IDN class stubs for mocking and utilities for testing. Other community tools could supplement this with downloading rules.

(Also, your rules ought to already be in source control somewhere.)

@drosenbauer Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It's great to have all the rules consolidated into a single location for users to download and test. Rather than having two separate projects, we can utilize the RDK to download rules from your tenant unified project for all cloud rules lifecycle management. If you are developing new rules, having access to a copy of the existing ones will make it easier for developers to reference them.
