Description

Support optional schema input for all account and entitlement commands.
Support stateful command for account and entitlement listing commands
Wrap terminal into interface for mocking in unit tests
Add unit tests for connectivity commands
Fix PRB problem in windows

How Has This Been Tested?

Added unit tests for testing connector commands
