Request: Fedex Tracking by Reference #49

Would it be possiable to get this added? I know fedex's api supports it, just no idea how to add it myself. IF anyone could add it and make it a pr or even just provide it, that would be awesome, two values would need to be passed, the Reference and shipping account number, as in my case it would be different then the one used for the api.
