dv8 functions malia #174

Hi Carlos,

Here are the DV8 functions I have for now, dv8_dsmj_to_dsmb() (core:convert-matrix), dv8_sdsmb_to_hsdsmb() (core:merge-matrix), and dv8_clsxj_to_clsxb (core:convert-cluster). Let me know if I make any mistakes.

Code is functional on DV8 Notebook. For now I will merge into Kaiaulu and address the cosmetics issues later in the interest of time.
