Add social smell notebook #88

Currently, the social smell function file sits outside GitHub because it is coupled with a dependency to igraph for bipartite network projection. To keep things in one place, I will just version the existing code for now in a separate branch associated with this issue.

Note to self: Currently can't merge to master due to the igraph dependency on smells.R functions.

Some social smell functions have since been re-implemented to Kaiaulu without igraph dependency in the API. When the time comes to add more, I will open a new issue.
