Hello, I am getting a message on the hacktoberfest website saying my P.R. was submitted to a repository that has been excluded out of hacktoberfest as it does not follow the values of the event. It will not count towards participation. So is this repository not a part of hacktober fest ? I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. pr_not_approved

May be it is due to spams in PR Does that mean this repository is excluded out of hacktoberfest ? So our P.R.s wont contribute towards hacktoberfest ?
