feat: link WinSeparator highlighting group #65

Direct port of https://github.com/sainnhe/everforest/pull/93

VertSplit is deprecated in Neovim in favour of WinSeparator. Although the two are currently linked, we replicate this link here explicitly to avoid future issues in Neovim due to the deprecation.
