Minimal vimrc that can reproduce this bug.

Don't have the time right now. If you think this is really needed I'll provide it later today.

Steps to reproduce this bug using minimal vimrc

  1. Launch neovim
  2. Edit a file that would trigger some diagnostics to show via coc or lsp (I am using coc)

Looks like the diagnostics colors are not controlled by themes, they are controlled by user setup.
